Moulding, CNC, painting, silk-screen, assembly and packing all happen behind one gate in Guangzhou. Nothing that affects your delivery date sits with a subcontractor — which is why the date does not slip.

Our MOQ is one piece. Order a single case, check the fit against your frame, run it through your own assembly line, then scale. No sampling fee, no "minimum 500 for a trial" conversation.

"How fast will I even get an answer?"

Enquiries are quoted within five hours, and standard lead time is about 15 days. Send the voltage, cell type and dimensions and you get a real number, not a "we will revert".

"Will your shell survive real roads?"

Cases are moulded from ABS and aluminium alloy for impact and shock resistance, with flame-retardant grades available. Aluminium-alloy reinforcement is offered where a plastic-only shell would not hold up.

"Can I put my own brand on it?"

Full OEM and ODM: logo printing, custom colours, and mould opening. We run a rapid-prototyping route for new brands that need a sample before they have a catalogue.

Fifteen CNC machines and ten Haitian injection moulding machines under one roof — which is why a one-piece sample and a two-million-set annual programme come out of the same building on the same process.

  • Sample and volume from one line. The MOQ-1 route is not a separate service — it runs on the same machinery as your production order.
  • Both material families in house. ABS and ABS+PC injection moulding alongside aluminium alloy work, so you are not sourcing a plastic shell and a metal shell from two suppliers.
  • Mould opening supported. Bring a frame drawing, a competitor part or a sketch. Where nothing in the range fits, we quote a new mould.
  • Empty shell, your electricals. We stay a mechanical supplier. Cells, BMS and pack assembly remain with you — which keeps product liability where it belongs.

What purchasing managers ask us first

Yes. We would rather you test a single case than order 500 and discover it does not fit your frame. Repair workshops routinely buy one or two at a time, and new brands use the same route to sample before they have a catalogue. Volume pricing starts to move once you are ordering in the hundreds.

Enquiries are answered within five hours. Standard lead time on stock models is about 15 days. OEM orders carrying your logo or a matched colour add a few days for set-up; a brand-new mould is quoted separately with its own timeline.

The range covers 36 V to 72 V systems and both 18650 and 21700 cell formats. Because the case is sold empty, the cell configuration inside is yours to decide — tell us the cells you use and we will confirm the internal volume is sufficient.

No. We supply the empty case and the mechanical components around it — lock, cable exit, mounting hardware, reinforcement. Cells, BMS and pack assembly stay with you or your assembler. That keeps product liability for the electrical assembly where it belongs and lets you keep your own cell supplier.

Different frames need the cable to leave the case in different places, and different assembly processes want the mounting hardware fitted or supplied loose. Tell us which exit position and mounting arrangement you need and the case is built to that configuration, rather than you adapting it afterwards.

Yes — logo printing and custom colours are both standard OEM options. Send the artwork and a colour reference. If the shape itself has to change, that becomes an ODM project and we will quote a mould.

That is the ODM route. Send the frame envelope or the drawing and we will first check whether anything in the current range fits — frequently something does, which saves you a mould. If it does not, we quote opening one.

Waterproof construction is a design feature across all 6 families, and flame-retardant grades are available on some models. If your market requires a specific ingress-protection rating, state the requirement with your enquiry and we will confirm in writing whether the model you are looking at is tested to it — rather than leaving you to assume.
